Women's wellness, from pleasure to every season of life.

I'm Kaycee Polite, LCSW-S, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, and COO of Viola's House in Dallas. On stages, in workshops, and on your feed, I talk about relationships, intimacy, sexual wellness, and maternal health, the conversations women were taught to whisper.

What I stand for

Intimacy is the new luxury.

Pleasure isn't frivolous, and it isn't just for the bedroom. It's part of your health, your confidence, and the way you connect. And every woman deserves to be cared for in every season of life, from first love to new motherhood and beyond. With 20+ years in mental health, I bring a culturally informed, shame-free, deeply practical lens to sex, relationships, desire, and maternal well-being.

From my feed

Real talk, no whispering.

"Men, settle this debate: do you really want your partner to initiate more?" This is the kind of conversation we have on my feed: honest questions about desire, initiation, communication, and what actually keeps intimacy alive.

Come for the debate, stay for the education. Join the conversation where I post most often.

Maternal health

Black mothers deserve to survive and thrive.

The Black maternal health crisis is one of the most urgent women's health issues in America. I speak on panels and stages about maternal health, postpartum depression, and perinatal mental health, and about what families, workplaces, and communities can do to support mothers.

As COO of Viola's House in Dallas, I help lead a nonprofit that provides stable housing and wraparound support for pregnant and parenting young women.

In 2024, Black women in the U.S. died of maternal causes at a rate of 44.8 deaths per 100,000 live births, about three times the rate for White women (14.2).
